Client Terms and Conditions Agreement

​

In the following agreement, the party requesting services of this company will be referred to as “client”. The party performing services for the client will be referred to as “Crisp Affordable Solutions”. Any service that is requested of or provided by Crisp Affordable Solutions will be referred to as either “service” or “project”. If the client, provides Crisp Affordable Solutions with any instructions, written or typed documents, audio or media files, etcetera to be used for the purposes of support for performing the services requested by the client, the terms and conditions within this agreement will bind both parties (Crisp Affordable Solutions and the client). All clients are subject to accepting the Client Terms and Conditions Agreement set by Crisp Affordable Solutions when requesting services from Crisp Affordable Solutions. No services will be completed without acceptance of the Client Terms and Conditions Agreement.

 

Description of Services

Crisp Affordable Solutions provides quality and affordable services ranging from general typing services, data entry, audio typing, and editing to resume writing, web design, presentation services, and more.

Terms of Use

Website, Services, Projects, and Property

The Crisp Affordable Solutions website or any project or any information received from Crisp Affordable Solutions will not be used for any unlawful purpose or in any manner that will damage or disable the website, project, or property or interfere with any client or prospective client’s interest in utilizing services provided by Crisp Affordable Solutions.

Any persons visiting the Crisp Affordable Solutions website or client receiving services agree not to email, fax, phone, publish, post, upload, distribute or disseminate any inappropriate, threatening, abusive, profane, defamatory, infringing, obscene, indecent material to Crisp Affordable Solutions. Any client agrees not to encourage any conduct that would constitute a criminal offense, civil liability or violate any law, or contain any advertising or any solicitation with respect to the services of Crisp Affordable Solutions.

Payment Terms

All clients are subject to full payment for requested services to Crisp Affordable Solutions upon placement of the order except for large projects exceeding 10 pages. In this case, partial payments are accepted upon the placement of the order and upon the completion of the large project. Payments should be made by the client within 48 hours (2 days) that the invoice is sent. If payment is not made within this time frame Crisp Affordable Solutions will assume the client does not wish to move forward with the order. Clients have the option to make payments by credit or debit card.

 

Free Quotes, Service Rates & Invoices

All prospective clients are encouraged to request a free quote for services. All quotes inquiring the cost of services provided by Crisp Affordable Solutions are free. Clients may also adhere to the service rates on the Crisp Affordable Solutions website. The service rates outline the price for various services offered by Crisp Affordable Solutions.

An invoice will be sent to the client by Crisp Affordable Solutions via email after services have been requested by the client. The invoice will include details regarding the service requested by the client and the price of the service. The client will then make payment in full for the requested service through the link provided in the email or via the Crisp Affordable Solutions website.

 

Partial Payments

Partial payments are accepted only in the case of large projects that exceed 10 pages or require more than three hours of service to complete. In this case, a partial payment is required upon placement of order.

 

Suspension and Termination of Services

Once payment is made for services Crisp Affordable Solutions begins working on the client’s project. All clients have the right to terminate a service requested with 24 hours after payment has been made. If the client decides to terminate the service within 24 hours of payment the client may receive a full refund if the project is not at least partially completed. If the project is at least partially complete and the client wishes to terminate the service, the client will receive a refund of half of the price of the service. The client will also receive the project in addition to receipt of the partial refund that is to be refunded to the client.

 

Confidentiality

Crisp Affordable Solutions values the privacy and confidentially of our clients. We will not at any time disclose any information pertaining to the client or the services provided by Crisp Affordable Solutions to the client to any third party identified as confidential by the client. Any information given to Crisp Affordable Solution by the client will remain strictly confidential.

 

Delivery of Services

All services will be delivered to the client by Crisp Affordable Solutions at the preference of the client through email, fax, or standard shipping. We will deliver the project to the client via email or fax free of charge. However, if the client wishes to have the project shipped through standard shipping standard shipping fees will apply.

 

No Partnership

The Terms and Conditions Agreement does not create or serve as a contract between Crisp Affordable Solutions and the client. Crisp Affordable Solutions nor the client has the authority to create or enter a contract or agreement of services on behalf of the other party.

 

Force Majeure

Crisp Affordable Solutions shall not be held liable for any failure to perform services for the client due to unforeseeable circumstances and events out of our control such as extreme weather, war, that prevent the possibility of carrying out normal business practices.

 

Responsibility

Crisp Affordable Solutions is committed to providing accurate, error-free, and quality services to all of its clients. Any errors or mistakes made to the project that is the fault of Crisp Affordable Solutions will be corrected free of charge.

Crisp Affordable Solutions will not provide any services that involve legally binding documents such as last wills and testaments, federal or governmental documents, court papers, marriage or divorce papers, tax documents, mortgage or property ownership papers, licenses or any other legally binding contracts or documents between any client and a third party.
